The weekly price is for the villa only and not per person,and excludes gas pool heat, you will need to add the cost of your flights, insurance, car hire, food, entry to theme pakrs

We are happy to discuss long term rental rates and late booking rates. If our villa is available we may consider short term lets. High season rates may apply during Easter, Christmas and Thanksgiving.

Optional Gas Heating (minimum period 3 days)

Jan,Feb,March & Dec £17 per day $37 per day (11%tax added to US$ heating costs)

April - October £12 per day  $25

Optional gas heating can be decided upon arrival and paid directly by credit card to our Management Company however it does take between 12-24 hours to heat the pool which is heated for 8 hours a day.

We provide FREE pool solar heating which should maintain a minimum temperature of 75 degrees(this is dependent on weather conditions and providing the blue pool cover is used when the pool is not being used during winter months).  We cannot be held responsible for failure of the solar heating as this is provided free of charge.

If the dates you require are not available our management company may have availability, and we also know other villa owners that we can check availability with or put you in contact with. Please contact us about this.This is useful if you have an extra large party requiring two villas.
